result, we have adopted the following privacy principles to affirm our

it is necessary or useful in order for us to operate our business and
in order to make available products, services and other opportunities
that we believe may be of interest to our members.

accurate, current and complete. We have also established procedures to
respond to request to correct inaccurate information in a timely
manner.

access to personally identifiable member information is limited to
those with a business reason to know such information. Our employees
are trained to understand the importance of confidentiality and
privacy of member information, and we take appropriate disciplinary
measures to enforce employee compliance with our procedures with
respect to the privacy of member information.

maintain security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized
access to member information.

do not share member information with unaffiliated companies except to
operate our business, comply with applicable laws and regulations,
protect against fraud or make available products, services or other
opportunities that we believe may be of interest to our members.

we contract with an unaffiliated company to perform specific services
for us which may require us to provide them access to member
information, we require that such contracting companies maintain the
confidentiality of member information.
